Necessary Documents for Copyright Registration for computer software

1). 2 copies of Application Form;
2). 2 copies of Description of Computer Software;
3). Certified document for the status of applicant (for natural person);
4). 2 copies of certified documents for legal entity:
a.For enterprise: duplicate of Certificate of Incorporation or Business　License;
b.For institution: duplicate copy of Certificate of Routine Number;
c.For non-governmental organization: copy of Writ of Approval issued by the local authorities for civil affairs or competent authorities concerned.
5) Subject program (2 copies, in A4 paper; 20 pages sampled respectively from the beginning, the middle and the end of the program, no more than 60 pages in all);
6) Document file (2 copies, no more than 60 pages);
7)Where it is necessary, following applicant documents may be required:
. Application for exception deposit of software identification materials;
8)Statement on original-created software for which the registration is sought;
9) Certified documents, such as:
a.2 copies of the contract or agreement of cooperation development;
b.2 copies of entrusted development agreement; and
c.2 copies of job order.
